I wish I could give this place zero stars. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had renting an apartment. I’ve rented many in Huntsville, and I’ve never been through anything like this. With the exception of management, the office staff is just terrible. Honestly, I don’t say that to be mean or because of anything petty — they need new staff that is professional and helpful. Maintenance………what maintenance!?!? Doesn’t exist here. Last year in the dead of summer (May - July) with an infant at home, our AC unit went out. They told me it would take 10 business days to fix. Ok, not ideal but I can handle that. Well ten days came and went without even the courtesy of an update from them. When we would call or email and ask for an update, more often than not, they would tell us they didn’t have an update. I just want to first say that the women in the office are extremely polite and professional. They always go way above and beyond. I’ve been here well over a year it’s a great community very pet friendly thank you so much for everything. I have great neighbors so the residents are awesome
The Ascent team works very hard and are always kind and pleasant. Brystal is a sweetie. I called yesterday and she took care of a request for me. LaToya is awesome too. All of them are attentive and ready to help. Thank all of you for everything you do.
I'm so grateful to the office team at Ascent. My dog unexpectedly ran out of my apartment and they didn't hesitate to help. Their quick response and kindness during a stressful situation meant so much to me. Thank you for caring and going above and beyond to help me bring my dog home!
