The place has been decent up until recently. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Previous maintenance and office staff were excellent. All of the current office staff, with the exception of management, and maintenance staff are TERRIBLE. I’ve had a maintenance request that took two weeks to get resolved (once I reached out to management) and it still has not been fully resolved. The customer service is down the drain. Jennifer is a wonderful leasing consultant. She is ALWAYS there to assist me with my questions. I wasn't sure if I was able to get an apartment, but she went over and beyond to make sure she provided me with the best options for my needs. I actually saved money when applying with her. They provided with the best lease term for my budget. Ask for her!
I came in last week to tour and Jennifer made the experience do fun and informative. She didn't have a 1 bedroom to show me but the 2 bedroom model home she showed us was spacious and beautiful. My wife and I decided to go with a 2 bedroom instead. It's affordable and in a nice area. If you're looking for a leasing agent, ask for Jennifer.
Went on a tour with Jennifer and I even explained my financial situation. I let her know before I filled out the application and she was so reassuring about what options they had and how she would try to work things out only to get a denial the next day after I paid the $60. As of yet she still has not said anything. It’s clear she was only worried about commission or sales or getting an application in regardless of the outcome. Jennifer is such an amazing leasing consultant. She's always calls and/email me back promptly. If she doesn't have the answer, she will always find one. She is my go to person when I need anything!! She is a great asset to AJV.
