I just want to first say that the women in the office are extremely polite and professional. They always go way above and beyond. I’ve been here well over a year it’s a great community very pet friendly thank you so much for everything. I have great neighbors so the residents are awesome
The Ascent team works very hard and are always kind and pleasant. Brystal is a sweetie. I called yesterday and she took care of a request for me. LaToya is awesome too. All of them are attentive and ready to help. Thank all of you for everything you do.
I'm so grateful to the office team at Ascent. My dog unexpectedly ran out of my apartment and they didn't hesitate to help. Their quick response and kindness during a stressful situation meant so much to me. Thank you for caring and going above and beyond to help me bring my dog home!
This office can't keep employees and I wonder why. I feel so uneasy that every few months, it's a different maintenance team. They are very incompetent. One of the maintenance men tried to access my home, and he was at the wrong apartment. He looked and sounded like he was intoxicated. I was so afraid. I spoke with someone in the office and they tried to explain it away as if I was overreacting. I've heard from multiple residents that he did the same thing to them. I believe they just hire anybody. Latoya is this property's issue. I came into the office with a high water bill, and I got no assistance at all. Was told there was no meter leak at the unit, and because I didn't come to the office about my bill sooner, there was nothing she could do for me. I told her when I came to the office a week ago, the meters were still going and that she would have a high water bill.
