Had my six month checkup. Hygienist was very good. She was very empathetic to the pain I have getting X-rays, tried to do them quickly to get it over with quickly. Could've done without morning tv show. Nonsensical babble, even music would be better.
Dr. Johnston and his staff really are caring and thoughtful. Courtney is amazing at getting appointments scheduled and making patients feel comfortable and its easy to see how experienced Dr. Johnston is! The facility is nice and comfortable and there are no wait times; they get me in right on time. I am grateful to them and for their services in dental care!
My regular cleanings with Ascent always go well. On my last visit it was noticed that a sealant was needing to be fixed up. I was able to get that work done immediately after my cleaning and polish, pain-free visits every time!
Dr. Jeff has the best technological tools. He treats each patient warmly and with respect. His office even offers a dental insurance plan for those without insurance. The other folks in the office are great too. They can do a lot and are very caring. Ascent will be our dental provider for a long time.
I always receive high-quality dental services at Ascent. The entire team is kind, professional, and enjoyable to have as a health service provider. Most of my services are covered by insurance but in the rare case something is not, they are upfront about additional costs or estimates and will work with you to receive the treatment you need.
