I have hearing aids. These things do a pretty good job most of the time. Occasionally, though, they need an expert tune-up from a trained audiologist. We recently moved to this area and Ascent was recommended by my last audiologist. The place is very popular but I had no trouble getting a convenient appointment. The staff were courteous and helpful. The wait time was not too long. I described the issue and the audiologist was able to make a quick and accurate diagnosis and replaced a couple of inexpensive parts. I was on my ... read more

Dr. Carter is wonderful to work with! He worked with me until he had the correct setting and adjustments to achieve the maximum from my hearing aides! If you are looking for someone who actually cares that he improves your hearing loss he is your guy!
