Wife bought hearing aids from them. In about three weeks the wire from the hearing aid came out of the ear piece and the hearing aid was lost. We waited a couple of weeks to report it in case we found it. When we went in to show them the ear piece cost $200.00. We paid it. They called and said the new hearing aid was ready. Went in and got it another $200.00, office call. Told the owner it was a rip off, she told me the ear piece and the hearing aid seperated because of normal wear and Tear, BS , in only three weeks.
