We purchased our home as of October of 2022. With the large totals of rainfall Spring and Summer of 2022, we had some flooding in our basement. It was due to the window well not being installed correctly and the yard being incorrectly graded. We submitted a warranty request to Challenger Homes in May of 2022. Today is December 20, 2023.
