Brought son in for ear ache. Was seen in timely manner. Front desk an p.a. were very professional.
Took my brother here for abscess on his arm, they diagnosed it as cellulitis, which require antibiotics in which they did not prescribe any and they charged him $100 just to put a bandage on it and advised him to see his primary doctor or go the emergency room at the hospital! Isn't that what these urgent care centers are supposed to help with in these situations????? Their internet description states that they help with skin infection and abscesses! Total rip off! Great care provided. Out standing physician and nurses. Right in and out. Highly recommend.
Charged me and my insurance company upfront...needed antibiotics, got none and told to go to emergency room. I paid 100 out of pocket for absolutely nothing.
