I will forever and always trust ascension the most out of any other practice!!! I had to go to this urgent care due to a sore throat and they diagnosed me right away. Be patient with the wait time because the level of care you get will always be worth it. Ashlee was my nurse and Alex was my doctor. They were both so sweet and personable. I truly can’t thank them enough for helping me get through one of the toughest weeks of my life. Thank you ascension for all you do!!!!!! Seriously the best doctor and nurses in Jax ❤️
The staff are very polite and kind, the wait time is minimal, the provider is very understanding, takes time to listen and ask questions, also explains the plan. I highly recommend this clinic
The non-paperwork is difficult and time consuming. Started on my phone but the website hung so I had to try the tablet. Had to start all over again. Diagnoses was so basic without testing for flu, strep or Covid. Meds did not work and my symptoms got worse. I am still coughing. Pretty much what I expected from an urgent care.
My visit was good. The staff was courteous and professional. I was called back within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time.
