My care was not great. I was robbed! I had been shopping and didn't know I would be in the ER & hospital. I was given pain meds which put me to sleep. I had my purse in bed with me. Someone came in, took my purse and robbed me as I lay unconscious and helpless. The good people were great. The bad people were liars and thieves.
I had to drive my mother to the ER parking lot, and she happen to lightly tap the door of this staff employee, administer, who happen to get out of his car aggressively and shouting at my elderly and sickly mother. When, I tried to talk to him, the employee started to threaten my mother and I. Afterwards, I went to security who happen to give me the round of round. As a result, I had to ask for the head security to help me with this terrible situation.
