Always love coming here, the staff, the nurses, and Dr Kim are all truly the best
We absolutely loved Dr. Rachel Evans. She is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Overall the staff is amazing and the office is clean.
Getting in touch with this office when your child needs to be seen or if you just have a question is a nightmare. Their phone system takes you in loops or rings with no answer. Very frustrating.
This place is an actual joke. Doctor Evans is wonderful. This is no reflection of her. But they do not answer the phone. They do not do anything to try and accommodate a sick child. The answer to everything is “take him to urgent care care” We needed a simple flu test that would take 2 seconds and were told at 4:40, they had seen the last patient of the day and they close at 5:00.Had friends warn us after they had left, this was coming and didn’t think it could be this bad.
