whoever answers the phones for the family birth place is extremely unprofessional and rude. specifically whoever was on shift at 1:28pm on Monday 3/30/26. i don’t work in the medical field, so i am ignorant to all the limitations of HIPAA. i called to see if they could let me know if my friend was still there and told her i wasn’t sure if she could tell me that information due to HIPAA, but that i am on her list. she replied by literally laughing at me and just simply said, “no.” i found that extremely rude and unnecessary. ... read more
Worst hospital
Wanted to shine some light on my third birth experience as this was the best one yet! Big thank you to Beth, Shelby, and Joy. Beth held me through my epidural continued to manage my pain and gave me emotional support during early labor. Shelby coached me through labor and did not leave my side from the second she realized I was transitioning. Delivered my son there on 12/23/24 and I don’t think I could have had a better experience. Every nurse that took care of me/us during our stay was so attentive and caring. You can tell they love what they do. My wishes were respected and everything was explained to me throughout the process as a first time mom. 10/10 would give birth here again and highly recommend them.
