Amazing staff, amazing programs, can't say enough positive things. They were great with my son! Erin, the social worker, was exceptionally great at her job. She was very attentive and you can tell she has a lot of experience and expertise.
In my time of crisis your team was there for me. Compassionate and caring they made sure I was comfortable with leaving and getting back on track. Thank you!!
Tia… we could just start out with her first. I took my daughter’s retainers to her, and Tia decided to tell me that my daughter was to come up to the nurses station and get her retainers mind you no one has told either of us that that was the rules. Tia Not only was rude to me, but she hung up on me abruptly without even saying goodbye. Last year I did the outpatient program. There were some things I felt like that helped me mentally, but I also felt like I was invalidated here. I thought the ladies at the front desk were rude and snakey. I felt like most times when I spoke in group therapy my therapist was judging me for what I was dealing with. I also felt like my psychiatrist was unsupportive of me. I would still recommend group therapy depending on the therapist you end up with.
