UAB has incompetence im from mobile al just moved here..on the day of my appointment i was not able to be seen because apparently they don't know how to complete simple tasks like having correct numbers and information as well why have a online appointment setup if when people use them they can't be seen..UAB is not professional and apparently needs to update their systems what a waste of peoples time..thank God for Grandview medical in gardendale that helped me the same day...UAB one of the worst doctors office i have ever ... read more

I realize it's the holidays, but I've been requesting a medication refill via the online portal since December 20th and it's now December 30th and no response. I use the portal because that is more efficient than calling and talking to the front desk staff.
