I was recently in a car accident. I came for my follow up appointment. I arrived within my grace period. The lady at the front deck by the name of Ereen M. Took my ID said she was checking me in (saw me in immediate pain with a cane) and never did. She continued her conversation with a Hispanic woman. Then when the woman left, she told me I needed to reschedule my appointment. The lady was racist and purposely stalled me so the doctor would refuse me. Don’t recommend this place.
