Responsive and they provided clear and concise instructions.
The beautiful young lady Dr. was awesome in knowledge and compassion for my injuries. The staff was gentle and professional as well. I’m thankful for their treatment.
The nurses, nurse practitioner, and doctor at the burn clinic were absolutely incredible. They were so gentle, patient, compassionate, and reassuring with our 3-year-old son as they provided the care he needed for his burn injury. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
My advice is immediately go to Ascension St. Vincent Hospital ER Burn Center if you have significant burns, don't waste time going to a local Hospital ER. I received excellent care immediately at the Burn Center, the Doctors & Staff are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this facility!!
