I love how well the nurses treated me during my overnight stay and every other time I’ve visited. I also loved how well the doctors treated me before and during my surgery and kept me informed with everything going on. My after care was magnificent after I woke up from the anesthesia. As someone of color who was not treated well at Avon ER I am proud to say that I will always go across the city to the north side for any medical care. Nice service immediate attention
If I could give 0 I would. Son had to have a foam earplug removed from ear, had lodged deep. 5 minute procedure, no scan, no meds. Bill 2.5k!! Received an out of pocket 'discount', apparently still owe over $900. This is outrageous. Not been able to speak with anyone who can help. Not leaving this matter here...
Very bad place , the doctors and nurses are not serious to take care of the health issues and pain you have. Do not come here ! Avoid!
