Staff is all so friendly and helpful. Very caring.
Have had 2 rehab sessions...first one they called and rescheduled, second one, after waiting 12 minutes after scheduled time, receptionist said that the therapist left early and they were trying to find someone to cover for her. Not impressed at all.
Wouldn't accept my husband in pt. Discrimination
I really like the majority of the physical therapists who I have worked with at Erskine Rehab. There is one therapist, however, that I never want to work with again. I've been doing PT for my back. I have had this therapist work with me twice. Both times, I have had pain for days afterward. I'm rating Erskine Rehab 4 stars. They would get 5 if it weren't for that particular therapist.
