Waited almost an hour after my appointment to be seen!!!! Lady at desk very rude . Lady told me if I’m more than 15 minutes late I would have to reschedule but here it’s an hour past my appointment and I still have not been seen very poor customer service. Nobody told me that the doctor was running late or behind schedule or asked me if I need to reschedule or anything. It’s ridiculous.
The staff were kind and helpful. The doctor is kind, listened to me, and informed me of what to expect next.
Efficient, courteous, and helpful
