A special thank you to Dr William Ventimiglia and his staff of the Pulmonary & Critical Care Associates and Dr Fozo, and the residents at St John Hospital, for saving my life this past February. Between the virus I had and my advanced COPD I was in serious condition. Every staff member I encountered was kind and gracious and everyone performed their respective jobs way above competently. I will continue to promote these physicians and this hospital particularly on social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Huge thank you to the nurses on the oncology floor and ICU floor. You were the greatest.
This facility has horrible customer service the staff there are racist and very unprofessional. These people come from a racist all white city and expect to work in an urbanize neighborhood. The hospital is unclean and the staff their has no ethics or morals. Please shut this facility down.
I was in ICU and the staff was excellent. I went in for a brain coiling procedure and I could have not had better care any where else. Thank you Dr. Fessler and your entire staff. God bless.
Terrible service all around. The nurses were rude and when they drew blood, it flew out and got on me and all over the sheets and didnt clean me or the bed. Even the guy who took me to get a catscan, he came in the room with food in his mouth and talked to me asking for my name and everything else the whole time. They also lost a urine sample and asked could i do another. This is the second time something like this has happened. The first lead to me having to get surgery I will be reporting this incident.

My son was taken into the emergency room at st john and Moross, in Detroit mi, and the final diagnosis they gave was constipation which didn't make sense to us considering he was going to the bathroom just fine. 3 days later we took him into the emergency room at Beaumont hospital in Grosse Pointe, and his final diagnosis they gave him was strep throat, spread this news around and NEVER go or TRUST st john and Moross!
