Have been patients of St John Moross and Macomb for Years. Had Surgeries at both locations, but last night at Moross, my wife was gasping for air and had chest pain. We arrived at 830pm and was not seen until 330am! The Patients waiting was even going up complaining to take my wife next. Which was very nice of them. The Doctors and Nurses in ER apologized, my wife was finally admitted at 7 am and received 8 breathing treatments while there until She was released.
Yesterday I went to do a beast exam check. They take great of you and the exam last for less 30 min .
The environment was very clean and welcoming, at some point I was very hungry they had a nutrition room with bagels muffins assorted fruits coffee tea sandwiches etc.. needless to say I helped my delicious bagel with butter cream cheese and a fresh cup of coffee.. I really appreciate that kind gesture. St John Providence ROCK'S!!!!!
We had a great experience while in the pediatric ambulatory surgery unit. The girls were great.
Took good care of me got me in and out pretty quick from sme day surgery
The Pediatric ICU Nurses and Doctors were wonderful. Our daughter was very sick one weekend in August, and they were very thorough, and informative. We received very good care. However St. John's needs to get up to speed with their technology. I am trying to see my total bill and pay online. I am blocked at every step because I don't have my "enrollee id". We have the app, and we can view the procedures she had but no bill pay. Beaumont has an app called "my chart" and I can see my whole history and pay a bill in seconds. Ve... read more
St. John's billing system and department is the most inept, unhelpfull incompetent, WORST organization in town. I have been fighting with them over my billing for almost a year. They still don't have it right and now have sent the bill to collections which has shown up on my credit report. Despicable!!!
My poor 18-month old had a dislocated elbow. So grateful to the absolutely wonderful staff at St John Moross Emergency Room. From front reception to triage and pediatric ER, everyone was so nice. My daughter received speedy, excellent care from kind, friendly staff and doctors. I was really impressed. Thank you! Please give my thanks to Dr Joe Tsao and Dr Hashim Yar. They did a great job.
This is long overdue but it has been quite the journey and bumpy road to get here. I just want to say how much I loved your staff throughout my stay in your hospital. I went into labor at 24 weeks and your team of highly trained MFM and OB staff especially Dr. Mason and residents- Dr. Heeson, Dr. Matthews, Dr. Wilson.
