Sent my Father to the wrong nursing home and refused to rectify the situation. Never again. Should have learned after what they did to my mother. 12 years later and still incompetent.
I'd like to know what is wrong with the phone system there when calling the nurses station to check on a patient....HORRIBLE!!! Voices fade in & out...cannot hear or hold a decent conversation...Sooo Frustrating!!!
My sister is being taken great care of! The staff on the birthing does an outstanding job!

Excellent care and the entire staff goes out of their way to make the patient comfortable. Even the food is good.
I was pissed off instead of the lady telling me I had to go over to the hospital to the lab I sat there about an hour mad ass hell
