Being stuck in the ER for NINE hours is absolutely ridiculous & totally unacceptable. Its sad how this countrytreats is tax paying citizens. Dr. Joe was friendly, as was all of the staff. But the wait time was HORRENDOUS.
Poor service took me 4 hrs to see the doctor I could've died �
I waited for 2 and half hours in the ER to see a doctor. The staff informed ALLLL the people waiting that they had no where to put anyone as they had no beds. Just sad. I wound up leaving at 230 in morning to drive my sick self to another hospital, which I was seen and in a bed in less than 10 minutes.
My nurse seem to have an attitude very rude But the rest of the staff was very helpful . I still prefer ST John's Oakland
Going through hell because of being billed for a service I never received. I've now had to resort to contacting the BBB and the news is next. Thanks for wasting my time you will be billed for it
Great service from the team. They were focused and accommodating.
