The wait was long i got there around 5 oclock didnt make home till 10 so nxt time i will be going to Beaumont there faster but the doc i did see he was nice but the staff need to leave there personal life at home and do there job it was patient in there falling asleep babies cry cuz there in pain stop all the talk bout wat happen last nite or a family dog and pay more attention to the patients like 5 ppl left last nite cuz they was in pain doctor took forever to come frfr
They really rush thru things ! and are not good listeners, I will not go back
So angry and frustrated. Been here with my 85 year old father for 4 hours in interventional radiology. Procedure schedule for 2 hours ago - still waiting! No staff comes in to check on him. Clearly the physician is far to busy to be concerned about his patients. And the staff doesn't seem to think checking on an 85 year old anytime during hours is necessary! Can't say enough bad things about this place!
Excellent care in cardiac center and on the 4th floor! Couple small glitches but overall I am 100% pleased with the entire experience!!! I highly recommend them!
I had excellent nurses. They did a great job. Communication was good. I had a full right hip replacement. They took care of my pain better than normal. They seemed to genuinely care..for the most part.
I schedule my 6 month CT 2 months in advance to follow up on a cancer diagnosis. I arrived yesterday 6/3/17 early, was told that when I made my appt the person only scheduled me for a chest CT not including my abdomen (where cancer was) so I would have to reschedule. Seriously? Do you know the mind games I play on myself when I am awaiting this test? Six months ago it was scheduled improperly as well. No one cares!!!
Not impressed with how they do the pre OP stuff for surgery
I'm here now and am a fall risk, not wearing a band, and no nurse answered my call for over 30 minutes so I went to the bathroom by myself and fell. SMDH sad ��
