My sleep study was fantastic. The room was like a nice hotel instead of a clinical lab setting. They were able to see my o2 drop, my muscle cramps, everything. They CPAP'd me around 1:15am and with just a few hours of easy breathing sleep, I woke feeling great. I had no idea it could make such a difference. My tech was Shauna and she was pleasantly calm and easy to talk to. I appreciated her attentiveness when my o2 dropped and when I got strong cramps in the night. By far the worst medical establishment I have worked with. First, I try for months to get them to see my referral, even my doctor at Ascension Seton Nuerology couldn't get them to find me. When calling, they refer you to another number or transfer you in one big circle (I spent literal hours on the phone getting the run around). Secondly, they finally contact me 3 months later about the study and go to set up an in house study for me, then radio silence. No contact on how to do the in house study, but I got the device in the... read more
