How does anyone even get an appointment here? Been on hold for 30 mins. Not risking hitting the call me back option because they never call back.

Wait time is ridiculous given how much we have to pay depending on insurance. You will spend at least two hours here if your appointment is at suite 804. Had to wait more time for the older w male attending just for him to say the same thing his resident already said. Weird energy from the attending in general. He asked if I was depressed in a very insensitive way after asking if I worked out. I was there for 3.25 hours according to my parking ticket. Worst neurology center, I've been back and forth trying to get my medicine with neurology for 15 days, the pharmacist has been back and forth with them as well, there's no direct number for the pharmacist so they wait on hold for over 45 mins each call to talk to a front desk member when they finally send in the prescription it's the wrong dosage, I've been up there in person twice and still having problems getting this medication, I don't know what else to do at this point I'm feeling hopeless.

The worst neurology center. They make you wait over 2 hours for appointments and their doctors are “in training”. For cancer patients we should not be made to wait over 2 hours for appointments. I left after 2 hours as they said it could take another half hour or longer which is almost 3 hour wait. Do not recommend going here if you are a cancer patient.
