Leslie provided exceptional customer service and care. She went above and beyond! She’s a gem!
Called twice to schedule an appointment. Had to listen to their automated voice telling me that someone would be with me “shortly”. This went on for over 30 minutes both times. The admin in this place is a joke.
I haven't gotten in touch with anyone. It's been a few days. Today I waited for someone to answer for 20 minutes, listening to the same automated female voice and elevator music while I did my morning routine. I've left 2 voicemails now. I just need a CT scan.
