I’m so thankful for Westlawn ER. Every single person I came in contact with there was very professional, compassionate, and empathetic from the two ER physicians I had (Dr. Reinhart was one and the other one was a female DO whose name I can’t remember) to the Hospitalist who was in charge of my care and treatment, to the lady who did my CT scan, to Melissa the pharmacist and Gina, Mark, and Henrieetta, my RN’s. Had a bit of a long wait but they were short staffed for holiday. Experienced excellent care by all. Dr. Jeff gave detailed info, & answered all questions. So glad this Hosp is so close and don't have to wait for hours and hours on end at the big hosp to be seen!

This is a great ER! I’ve had the misfortune to land myself here 4 times in the last 6 months. They are always fast, knowledgeable, and kind! They truly care about their patients and take the time to listen to what your needs are. They arranged for me to be admitted to the hospital on 2 separate visits and asked my preferences for transport and hospital.
