To begin with the pre check is very impersonal! Nothing about my preexisting surgeries or treatments! The Dr Chhetry was good and included an extra Stress Test and follow up! Before I had a chance to get home there was a problem with my insurance and the St Thomas team had Already CANCELED ALL OF MY EXTRA PROCEDURES AND FOLLOW UP! St Thomas never called my insurance to find out what the problem was! I Guess St Thomas Will Let Me Have a Heart Attack!!!
I went to NP Robin and Dr Rhim. It was only my second visit. I am going to be having a procedure done. I honestly was surprised how patient Dr Rhim was in fully explaining everything. He also has a sense of humor which is hard when you are talking to patients about serious heart health issues. Robin has impressed me so much as a caring and honest practitioner.
