RecommendedI am participating in the IOP, a program that assists folks who are experiencing mental health issues. The program is approximately 4 hours per day. The staff are very knowledgeable and caring. The group is perhaps the most diverse group that I have experienced in Chicago... relating to mental health.
Very nice hospital. Staff extremely nice, friendly and helpful. I am from Jackson, Ms, visiting my mom(Susie McKinley ) in ICU. Happy nurses week to all the wonderful nurses.
Radiology in the 331 Surf building is excellent! My Oncologist Dr . Garcia is a wonderful and caring Doctor and I highly recommend her!
I have never dealt with such inept customer service/billing system and people like you follks. The care is good, the help with YOUR billing errors a nightmare. I was a patient in your group, but looking to find a group that really cares!
I will never recommend this ratchet discriminatory hospital ever. If you are sick don’t go. The room before the ER has some of the most ignorant and racist workers ever. 1. The nurse practitioner (blond and short, there is also a tall one she’s lovely) is a POS who can’t talk to patients nicely. The second is the manager who worked today on February 23 2019. WORST HOSPITAL I COULD HAVE EVER DELIVERED AT! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! ONCE YOUR DELIVERING YOU GET ALL THE ATTENTION, BUT ONCE MY DAUGHTER GOT HERE MIND YOU I WAS ALONE ... As a patient post partum I had a very pleasant experience from knowledgeable & personable staff. As an RN hired 1979 9 months pregnant it was an unforgettable experience , not only that they hired me without hesitancy but this Hospital exudes a caring atmosphere for new employee like me. I never forgot this treatment I got.
They are just simply wonderful people here! They have save my life for the second time 🖤🖤💪💪
First after a three day hospital stay over thanksgiving in room 1143 please turn the heat down and fix the sink. The staff was very nice and went out of there way to help me after having an emergency surgery. The room though was way to hot and in need of a desperate makeover. The hospital is really showing it’s age. Also please get some better food.
