Heather from their Scheduling department is sweet, attentive, and fast acting. I just called hoping to make an appointment today for cough, wheezing, and shortness of breath, and when she did not see any availability she made sure to connect me directly with the office front desk to try and find a time and if not, figure out options to help me.
My experience with them was great, I had an emergency appendectomy and was referred from the ER. They were kind and thorough and everything went well. I will say I have recieved - and I counted - 8 text message reminders from three different numbers about appointments and surveys...which is a little excessive. Now that I'm no longer a patient I've had to block the number cause it's just too much.
On Jan 5 2023 had scheduled check up appointment with Dr Badger after the nurse took my weight she took me to exam room5 to wait for the doctor she took my bp etc ... while waiting for the Dr this nurse brought me paperwork told me I could leave even though I haven’t seen the doctor yet on my way out she stopped me correcting whatever mistake she made and put me back in the exam room believe me I understand being short of staff I spent 24 years in law enforcement finally the Dr came in the see me I guess his was that busy he... read more
