Staff was fine during the appointment but trying to find out the cost of procedures and charges was abysmal. Phone call was no help and was rerouted about 5 times and still got none of th answers I was looking for. Refuse to ever do business with them again.
I had a broken arm and it was amazing how well the surgery went. I recommend Maryland Surgeons to anyone needing help.
If I could give no stars that would be too many. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. The need to replace the scheduler and learn communication skills. Dr. Ahad is a good surgeon and did not kill me but it is definitely not worth the headache of dealing with his scheduler. The Physician’s assistance Jessica Sebastian was the best part of this office and one lady who was at the front desk - they deserve five stars but the other things that happened to me due to the other staff there takes away from anything positive about that place.
