Trying to straighten out a billing issue is quite a nightmare with this group. Being billed as a self-pay patient when indeed I have 2 insurances, is causing quite the hassle. Apparently, no one at that office even knows how to contact anyone, their pat answer is to call the number on your bill. Well, when you call that number it's a recording for taking your credit card number, and if you have a problem it rattles off an email address that is spoken at lightning speed. The staff was friendly from walking in to the doctors and nurses that took care of my child. I'm rating 4 stars bc the receptionist that called a few days before her surgery joked about my child having jacked up teeth and joked about calling CPS and had a good laugh about it. No matter what the situation you don't know mines and private information should not be joked about. So im sure it was joked about with her staff
