On 06/10/25 my Grandson had a sleep study we received no information on what to do. The person at the security desk acted as I was bothering them.I was coming to relieve Mom around 11pm and was so disrespected due to the lack of assistance within this hospital. I was supposed to have a sleep study on 4/25 only to be called the week before to be told they no longer have my referral for the appointment. The referral I have sent to them THREE separate times. After this call I received another call threatening to cancel my appointment if they don't get it, even though I had told them I sent it before and was in the process of getting it resent AGAIN. I've continued to leave messages about scheduling an appointment. No call back. No one ever answers the phone.
I'm really disappointed with the way they handle appointments. I waited for a month for a call back or follow-up, but instead I was given the run around and wrong information. It's difficult to get through the appointment line, there is a lack of customer care or respect to an individual's needs. I would advise St. Agnes to use a different customer care service. It such a good hospital to deliver low quality service to incoming patients.
I've been calling this office since October and have talked to several people and they kept saying someone would call me back and they never did. Finally I talked to someone and they need the referral and office note before I can be scheduled. I have this with me but they have to have it first doesn't make sense when you have to evaluate and treat anyway. Sounds like these people are lazy and don't want to do their job.
