I waited months for an initial appointment/orientation, then had to wait months for their first availability for the actual test required. A little over a month prior to my test, I received a text stating there was an issue with my referral and if it was not remedied within 30 days, my appointment would be canceled. The room was cold, and having several blankets on me made it hard to fall asleep. My previous sleep experience was in a facility that was very comfortable, almost like home. We had our own individual bathroom, which allowed us to get up and take a shower. However, in this place, we had to use the same bathroom as the other patients who were undergoing sleep studies. On 06/10/25 my Grandson had a sleep study we received no information on what to do. The person at the security desk acted as I was bothering them.I was coming to relieve Mom around 11pm and was so disrespected due to the lack of assistance within this hospital. I was supposed to have a sleep study on 4/25 only to be called the week before to be told they no longer have my referral for the appointment. The referral I have sent to them THREE separate times. After this call I received another call threatening to cancel my appointment if they don't get it, even though I had told them I sent it before and was in the process of getting it resent AGAIN.
