We had the classic toddler falling off the bed scare, and the pediatric doctor (Noah Christian) was great. We were seen quickly and he was very reassuring and willing to answer any questions.
I recently brought my 5-week-old baby to the emergency room here because she was unusually inactive. Overall, the ER team was great — professional and kind — but unfortunately, our experience with the ultrasound technician was very disappointing. During the ultrasound, my baby was extremely upset, crying non-stop for over 10 minutes because of the cold gel and the uncomfortable situation.
