Jacqueline Kestner P.A. should not be working with people in the clinical sense. She was rude, unprofessional, and committed a hippa violation against my daughter which is on camera. We came around late 4 something. Es un hospital que los recomiendo mucho.Desde sus guardias de seguridad,enfermeras,doctores y demas personal les estoy profundamente agradecida por el trato de excelencia que me brindaron.Sinceramente estoy muy imprecionada.Si hubieran mas estrellas se las daba todas. Me trataron con mucho dedicacion,respeto y amabilidad.Desde hoy es mi hospital a visitar para cualquier emergencia.Todo su personal es muy HUMANO cosa que no puedo decir de otros sitios que he visitado.Bendiciones y sigan su excelente trabajo.
ER was not good but when I got to the floor room 7108 Nurses Ashanti and Holly are the best. Now pressure is up after pacemaker was put in so I sent message to my PCP who is Ashibon Patel and cardiologist Dr. Doran. Just hope my pressure could stay down. Let's see how this goes. There was a nurse in ED wasn't my nurse but he was walking by and heard the alarm on my IV. It had been going on for a while and he came in and didn't stop until he changed it and it worked.
