I don't know what has happened to this office but I don't plan on going there anymore. I was scheduled for a cardiac CT scan with contrast for Tuesday July 22. I was not told that I needed blood work done before the scan. The day before I received a call asking if I had my blood work done. When I explained that I wasn't told I needed it done the person told me that the order had been sent to Lab Corp. Of course my scan was cancelled. I called Lab Corp the next day to make sure the order was there and they didn't have one. I ... read more

Took off work to a accompany my husband for a procedure. Waited for 30 minutes only to find out the cardiologist forgot to schedule. No call back to reschedule and it's been over 4 months.

Do not go to the Heart care center for anything. They are the most unprofessional, rude and dishonest center there is. Mandy, Ernest, Gladys, William and Freeda refused to set up my Echo appointment. I was willing to pay out of pocket but the refused because I had insurance but refused to take my insurance as well. I called 14 times to have it scheduled and still nothing. Thank god I’m not dying because if it was up them I would be
