I'm leaving this practice. It's near impossible to get an appointment for a routine cervical screening (they're always months out, and then if the appointment lands on your cycle, you're in the waiting game again). They don't pick up the phone during business hours; you're on hold forever and wind up leaving messages. The doctors and providers? Angels. But it's pretty hard to ever see them. They offer primary and cosmetic specialty healthcare. They have a women's center and blood/urinalysis. Not an emergency clinic or hospital, but it's the same brand. Professional and fast appointment.

These people are scammers. Do not go there. You have to ask if everything they say or do will cost you money. I went for my annual physical and they charged me for an outpatient visit. They said let me remove some ear wax to check your ear and then charge $160 for removing ear wax. Didn’t even say this will be a chargeable. Big scam, stay away!!!!!

I have never been unhappy with my care here and have been a patient for more than 20 years but sadly even with 2 calls today checking the status of a message left to my wonderful Primary Care person, no one returned my call regarding a week of Covid/possible sinus infection. You do feel as though you are falling into a void here sometimes
