I know this review is late, but every time I think about this experience, I feel like I should have spoken up sooner. I needed to get this out so I can finally be at peace. My primary care doctor, Dr. Walker, is amazing. Every single visit she makes me feel so comfortable, like I’m talking to a friend. I love all the providers, but making an appointment has become extremely difficult with very long hold times.
I'm leaving this practice. It's near impossible to get an appointment for a routine cervical screening (they're always months out, and then if the appointment lands on your cycle, you're in the waiting game again). They don't pick up the phone during business hours; you're on hold forever and wind up leaving messages. The doctors and providers? Angels. But it's pretty hard to ever see them.
