I have never been unhappy with my care here and have been a patient for more than 20 years but sadly even with 2 calls today checking the status of a message left to my wonderful Primary Care person, no one returned my call regarding a week of Covid/possible sinus infection. You do feel as though you are falling into a void here sometimes
these people are incredibly unprofessional. if you feel like something is wrong they reduce it to “well you’re pregnant” effectively making you miserable instead of just listening and trying to find answers. i had to beg for an ultrasound.. the doctors are so dismissive. front desk is rude. NOBODY answers the phone. they have an answering machine for the “nurse desk” and they never call you back. you send a message online & hope someone responds & ANYONE in the office can respond even though the message is supposed to be pri... read more
If I could give this place negative stars I would. First, they don't have a direct number to the office. You call the main number and no knows the correct number or much of anything else. They can't even safe guard your records as they just recently had a cyber attack. I can never get hold of the doctor plus the staff does not do what they say or suppose to do so you have case around to get things done. I did a sleep study back in March. Undate: my original appointment was for March 22 ,2024 at 9 am .The office called me March 21 ,2024 at 10:07 am . Couldn’t even give me a 24 hour notice that they were just canceling my appointment. Terrible office if you need care go somewhere else very unprofessional .they canceled my appointment a day before I was supposed to be seen because the nurse had surgery Chantelle Walsh shouldn’t be a nurse she needs to get her license taken away . never go see this nurse ever she will not do any good at all .
