Dr Tracy Worsley needs to get involved with her patients. I Had appointment cause I had hearing loss. Which happened all of the sudden she sent me for a mri of my head I waited to hear back from the office with my results ..nothing..went to my 2nd appointment to be told their computer system was down..they couldn't view the images...waste of time. Called again to be told they don't make Thursday appointments but yet I had a appointment on a Thursday. Asked about my results only to be told system was still down that was over ... read more
I'll give it 2 stars. Only because. there is this really nice black guy that goes above and beyond to help out. And the first time I came here Dr. Worley was great. I have chronic sinusitis. And my pcp referred. E to her. And I would get antibiotics from her. But she told me that. Now because I see a ent Dr. I have to speak to them about my sinusitis. So the medication wasn't working. And 1 of the medication I was allergic too. I called the office one day yo see about getting a antibiotics. I was really sick. My pcp told me ... read more
My experience here was absolutely wonderful. My baby had to have a hearing test, after being in the NICU, and the team was so sweet and welcoming. Audiologist Diane was so kind and made my little one feel so comfortable!
Saw Dr Haft for my daughter. The CNA named Jennifer was very nice efficient and thorough. She saw that my daughter was nervous and stayed with her and explained what the Dr would and May do for her. It helped to ease my daughters nerves My daughter said she wished She was her dr. But dr haft was very kind and gentle.
