I’ve been a patient with Ascension St. Agnes for over a decade now and have been a patient at their breast center for the last 6 years. I’ve had 3 wonderful doctors, each one as informative, kind, and knowledgeable as the last. Very thorough with their testing and great communication. All of the testings and procedures were broken down with great detail. They made me feel calm and comfortable especially given the reason I need to be seen. Dr Fernandez was wonderful. It was a pleasure to meet her. The service was good, she is easy to talk to and she explains well.
I’m extremely disappointed with the care and communication I received from the Ascension at St. Agnes Breast Center. I took time off work for an important appointment, only to arrive and be told it had been canceled — without any prior notification. No call, no email, nothing. To make matters worse, they rescheduled me for a date in August without informing me of the new time or confirming my availability. I actually cannot say enough good things about the care I have received at Ascension St. Agnes. From the ultrasound technician and doctor who did my biopsy, to my breast surgeon Dr. Fernandez and plastic surgeon Dr. Grace, their nurses and staff, the hospital practice manager, the anesthesiologist and staff in the surgery center...every single person has been kind and extremely efficient.
