I’m extremely disappointed with the care and communication I received from the Ascension at St. Agnes Breast Center. I took time off work for an important appointment, only to arrive and be told it had been canceled — without any prior notification. No call, no email, nothing. I actually cannot say enough good things about the care I have received at Ascension St. Agnes. From the ultrasound technician and doctor who did my biopsy, to my breast surgeon Dr. Fernandez and plastic surgeon Dr. Grace, their nurses and staff, the hospital practice manager, the anesthesiologist and staff in the surgery center...every single person has been kind and extremely efficient.
