Dr. Martens and everyone is lovely. My main issue is when trying to return a call no one picks up the phone. This has been going on for a week now. I don’t know if this is a fault of just the phone system or just understaffing. I’m getting anxious now that I have blood test results and having anxiety about possibly being told nothing is wrong with me.
Always happy with Dr Marten & staff. Very thorough, conscientious & listens to my symptoms, flare ups & questions.
