Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I have tried to get a CT scan three times and the level of incompetence by the scheduling and authorization departments is unbelievable. No one calls you back when they say they will. They will tell you that everything is done and then when you show up, nothing will have been done correctly. This is the second time I have had issues with Bay Med. First was one of the doctors yelling at me in my face bc I asked to see the doctor. I was not yelling, I was in the ER due to my gallbladder but they made their mind up as soon as I walked in the door that I must be off the streets, it was 430 am.
