Environmental Services or janitorial up here needs new management pretty sure that would be the reason rooms are never readily available, I used to manage environmental services and I can’t neglect the fact that it plays a bigger role in hospital productivity than people think . The women’s bathroom in the emergency room was terrible, smells like it hasn’t been cleaned properly in days there the trash can near where I was sitting was overflowing and smelled bad me and my mom had a very unpleasant waiting time the lady that does EKG in the front to the right has an attitude the lady at the front desk aswell patients in here are having Covid cold and flu symptoms no one wipes the chairs off they were sitting in I assume she does cleaning a girl with braids pants were sagging off of her like a thuggish... read more
In one of my most painful and stressful moments, Stephanie Connell, NP-C, and the USA Health Providence ER team delivered the fastest, kindest, and most compassionate care I’ve ever received. My true rating of this facility is a -5. On Saturday, April 30 2024, my husband Jack W McGrew was transferred from Keesler Medical Center as they were unable to provide his diagnosis. I was unable to stay at the hospital 24 hours a day. I discovered he was starving as he returned from his dialysis treatment MOANING! Jack never in his life moaned. He was too weak to feed himself so I fed him. He ate everything on his tray, fruit that had been left from some previous meal and a double decker Moon Pie. He was still hungry! He w... read more
