I've lived here for a couple of years. Over the last several months there have been some major improvements to the property. Fresh paint on the building exterior, carports, back patios, and stair railings. Installed retaining wall to manage the overflow of rainwater/dirt. Replaced the treads in the workout room and resolved issues with the pool. Michelle and Jennifer are open to feedback and have done a great job managing the property projects.

Now that I'm completely moved out I was a tenant and my downstairs neighbors, 248, were so noisy. I even spoke to the new tenants as I had a package delivered there on mistake and even they said they are noisy. LOUD THUMPING music ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. The hallways smell of marijuana, the hallways are unkept. Only positive is Jennifer yet said unit was never corrected for their behavior. I’m giving this rating strictly to Jennifer. She has gone above and beyond to help when we had any issues. If not for her I would’ve given management a much different rating.

Love this place! From management to my neighbors, from the amenities to the decor & upkeep of the property & everything in between...I LOVE this place!
