A trip that’s should take 10 months turns out to be an hour because you sign your name on the tablet and take a seat and they skip over you by just taking anybody that walks up and stands there staring at them. Three times this has happened to me. And what makes matters worse, our name is scratched off! Something needs to change about this process…The three stars are only because they actually take care of business once you do let them know you’ve been skipped and name crossed out….

Very professionally run . My wife bought glasses, had a problem with right eye vision and the ladies at Ascension optical worked with her till she was completely satisfied.
The doctor did not prescibe progressive lens when I specifically requested them, both pairs of lens were wrong when they came in, one pair was still getting the lenses fitted after two weeks, and poor communication between new works and experienced ones. Went to Eyeglass 4-Less, paid out of pocket for another eye exam and walked out with two new pairs in a total of about three hours.
