Wonderful staff and excellent service. The PA was very knowledgeable and caring.
As a healthcare provider myself, I am floored at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of clinical knowledge exhibited by this particular establishment. One front desk staff member in particular, working last night, was extremely hostile towards me. It's questionable how she is still employed in a capacity wherein she interfaces with the public in any form. It is unsettling that she is also somehow working in a healthcare environment. No stars for this no empathy no compassion unqualified human that worked last night She was so sure my mother had Covid or flu because she sees it all the time When in fact she sick from the antibiotics she was on that I told them about. And dehydrated and the antibiotics is messing with her kidneys. If you don’t want to help people then you should not be in this profession. And we should not be charged for your lack of service. This place is garbage!!!
