Wife had knee replacement and the Dr ordered PT at Borgess physical therapy on 11th st. The appointment was April 4th at 8:00am. After driving from Lawton we get there and they know nothing about the appointment. We were not surprised. We are getting used to Borgess and the way they work. Called Bronson P T and got in same day.
I can not say enough good things about this place. Shelby is amazing and takes her time. She's patient and doesn't get frustrated while you learn the PT exercises. The front desk staff is also very kind. It's also helped me feel better. I highly recommend them. Thank you for making my first pt experience pleasant.
I’m only writing a review because I’m not sure who I need to report this matter to. I had a physical therapy appointment today that has been a long time coming because they were scheduled out. My appointment was at 3:15 PM. I arrived at 3:15 I sit in the lobby for five minutes and then the receptionist came and said we need you to fill out these forms, it was like three papers. I have had both my knees replaced this year and I can't say enough about all of these lady therapist. Not great with names but Shelby is just one of the 4 that has worked with me and I felt so much better about my progress after each visit. Thankyou to all of the staff!! A+++++++
I cannot say enough good things about the experience that I had here. Alexis and Kim at the front desk are extremely nice and made scheduling, and scheduling changes, a breeze. Zach, Shelby and Kristen gave as much encouragement as they did therapy. I was really hesitant to go and they put me at ease and gained my trust right away. I am getting my life back even better than I could have imagined because they spent the time with me and made putting in the work a little less terrible.
