My doctor is Amazing! I don't think that they staff this facility. I was on the line for 16 mins just to make an appointment. They were pleasant once I spoke with someone. Get these people some help, PLEASE!!! I've been trying to make this appt for months and this is why...
Update 5/12/22: There has been a huge improvement in this office. I'm definitely seeing quicker response times and whenever I've had to call everyone has been friendly! The only reason I continue going to this location is because I like my Doctor, if it were not for her I would absolutely go elsewhere. To repeat what several other reviews have also stated, the staff at the front desk/whoever answers the phone are often unpleasant or rude. Worst Drs ever! They don't listen to you and don't stay till office hours are over...not do the nurses! Also worst telephone operators too! Very rude and argumentive! Won't go back to this place again after seeing 3 of their Drs!!! If I could give zero stars I would!
I literally have been on hold for 45 mins to change an appointment. Then was given an option to leave a VM so someone can call me back. I picked that option and the VM then told me nobody would be checking these messages and I'll need to call back and wait. Ridiculous! I bet your no show rate is insane if it takes waiting >45 mins to change an appointment!! Update: I did call QA and they did call me back and apologize for the wait time. The only reason I continue going to this location is because I like my Doctor, if it were not for her I would absolutely go elsewhere. If I have to call to leave a message for my doctor's nurse or get records, sometimes I have to try several times because it will be days before I get a response if I get one at all, it is extremely frustrating.
