My sister recently had a home accident and was seen at Ascension St. Teresa emergency room. She had a head and facial injuries. When we arrived she was taken immediately to CT for scans of her head and neck. I myself have worked in Emergency Rooms at various hospitals as a Nurse Practitioner. I was impressed about both the professional care and courtesy she received from all she came in contact with all the staff. I would not recommend this facility I came in for an ultrasound after building up the courage after having back pain for 4 years in hopes to get some kind of answer ,instead when I got back to the room the ultrasound technician was very rude didn't seem to care about my concerns and just kept asking me multiple questions without letting me respond.I felt very embarrassed I hope she gets talked to by management that is not ok to act like that towards patients I left in tears because of the ultrasound technician!

Everyone was nice. Shout out to Rochelle at the front desk. Katie and Connie for prep work. Dr Bell was nice, BUT he needs to slow his speech down and enunciate. He was very difficult to understand. Dr Nguyen was great; and the staff in the procedure room were pleasant and reassuring.
