Everyone was very efficient and friendly. Dr West was very informative and explained his findings to me clearly.
This was my first visit with cardiology NP Sara Swisher. I corrected with the nurse & NP my allergies & conditions. I was ignored. In MyChart after visit summary, it still reflected both incorrectly. They believed a mistake in MyChart over me, the patient. One allergy listed was not only wrong, but dangerous to my life. If I’m not listened to about something so simple, how could I possibly feel safe being treated here? Why go over a patient’s history & medications if what is already in MyChart is taken as gospel?
