I have gone to this OBGYN since about 2023. Today they informed me I now have too many reschedules and no shows and will need to schedule elsewhere. I informed them that someone on THEIR END were rescheduling me constantly over the last few weeks and the lady on the phone had nothing to say but then again she is ALWAYS rude in person and via phone. I am 6 months pregnant and is needing to restart my care elsewhere because of their unprofessionalism. If I could give 0 stars I would!
Dr. Hawkins is simply THE best.
I've been with them for almost seven years and have never had a bad experience. I am treated gentle and with care at my most vulnerable moments. I will always recommend this area.
Very professional and kind staff! Dr Tamika O’Neal is very sweet, funny, down to earth, attentive, and knowledgeable.
