Ascension Medical Group Primary Care 1001 Broad Ripple Avenue Indianapolis. It should be called Descension Medical Group. I had been going to this location since 2008. The first doc (GP) I had was within 5 years of retirement, the second 2 were millenials and "quit" without me getting any notice, except when I tried to schedule an appointment. The absolute worst group of doctors that I have known. They used to have some very good doctors but they all quit for various reasons.
